Bundeena Classical Concert II
Bundeena was host to another classical treat this time with a trio of musicians. Video

This was the second of a series which follows the highly successful debut concert held in July. The concert featured violist Deborah Lander along with  pianist Denise Papaluca and on clarinet Magery Smith.

 Mozart’s Kegellstatt
(movement Allegretto)

The concert opened with three movements from Pieces for Clarinet, Viola and Piano Op 83 by Max Bruch. Magery Smith was also featured playing a soprano saxophone with an improvised solo piece of her own composition.

A duet  by Michael Kimber for Clarinet and Viola followed. The concert ended on a high note with Mozart’s Kegellstatt encompassing Andante, Menuetto e Trio and Allegretto movements.

The concert was dedicated to the memory of Winifred Durie who passed away this year.
