Plans are underway to construct a new walking/bike circuit at Bombora Reserve.

The reserve is already host to a children’s playground and the new circuit will allow children to bicycle or be push walked in a stroller. The proposal also calls for the existing playground to be relocated to the southeast corner of the reserve. Additionally, new trees will be planted to increase shade while some shrubs will be removed to increase the usuable play area. If the proposal goes ahead the upgrade is expected to be completed by mid 2007.
