A group of Bundeena residents have submitted a petition to Sutherland Shire Council requesting to cease the shooting of deer in residential areas.

Election Too close to call!
First Preference results indicate Bundeena Maianbar’s elected Councillors will be Kevin Schreiber (ex Liberal) and Carol Provan (Shire Watch Independents) but the final third Councillor position is a dead heat between Scott Docherty (Australian Labor Party) and Naomi Waizer (The Greens).
Only a single vote separates Labor (3024) from The Greens (3023). Vote counting is still be finalised with preferences still to be applied.
