The works at Bonnie Vale are still ongoing and are not expected to complete til November at the earliest.

The original schedule had planned for completion in September but there are still hopes that they will be done in time for the busy Christmas holiday period.

Progress to date has seen the demolishment of the old toilet block and clearing of the new roadway.

The clearing has also seen the removal of several trees reducing the amount of  shaded area.
