Cronulla Seal Visit

A seal has made a visit to a local Cronulla beach.

The Australian fur seal pup was spotted sunning itself at Cronulla Beach. Seals often go ashore to escape rough seas and predators as well as to rest up for their long journeys.

An exlcusion zone of 40 metres was set up so onlookers would keep their distance and not threaten the pup. The seal eventually ended it’s visit at Cronulla Beach and returned back to it’s ocean journey.
