A Bundeena business has announced one of their employees was a close contact of someone whom had tested positive for COVID.

Bundeena Pizza were made aware Monday morning ( 6th September), that a staff member had been in close contact of someone whom had tested positive for COVID. All staff at Bundeena Pizza are now in 14 day isolation awaiting their PCR results. We would urge anyone who has had dealings with Bundeena Pizza over the last week (though NSW Health Guidelines say 48 hours prior to Monday) to get tested immediately and self isolate as per NSW Health Guidelines.
As you know, throughout this pandemic it has always been Bundeena Pizza’s number one priority to keep our small community safe by following all Government advice and guidelines. Bundeena Pizza will be closed for the next (minimum) 14 days until we have been assured it is safe to reopen.
We can not express how devasted we are to have to tell you all this, and just wanted to let our community know asap..
