A house on Bundeena’s Horderns beach has been reported as selling for close to $8 million!
The previous record house sale was $3.6 million in 2019 for a house on Gunyah beach. Industry analysts surmise the unexpected record price is part of the housing boom triggered by the Covid pandemic. The house last sold on 1987 for $350,000.
Bundeena offers the best of both worlds with remote coastal living but still on the doorstep of one of the world’s most prestigious cities. With just over a one hour drive from Sydney CBD to Bundeena it makes the town attractive as a weekender or a full time residence for the remote worker.
