A number of resident's in the Bundeena area have been noticing a funny smell in the air.

Some have said the smell is similar to petrol or of some chemical suggesting the refineries at Kurnell may be the cause. Others have said it's similar to a elecitrical burning or perhaps of a distant bush fire.
