The IGA site has been sold again after the previous week's offer had fallen through.
The site had received an offer of $2 million at the auction held July 20th but was put back on the market after the cheque could not be cashed in. Twelve registered bidders had attended the auction of which six had actively bid. The under bidders have been inivited to make offers at another auction held July 27th. A final offer of $1,917,000 was accepted surpassing the reserve price of $1,750,000.
