Residents who objected to the corner store site plans have recieved notice that the scheduled LEP hearing will be cancelled.

The notice was received from Pike Pike & Fenwick the legal representatives of Sutherland Shire Council and was mailed out to objectors of the proposed corner store. The hearing was to be held April 19-21 and was initiated by Mars Corporation (the developers of the site) in response to Council's deemed refusal of their development application.

The notice indicated the hearing was cancelled since Mars was ammending their plans for the site. Objectors to the orignal plan will be notified of the ammended plans once they become available.
