For the second time in recent months a car crash has occurred near Bundeena Drive's The Saddle. Video
This time fortunately the sole male driver of the ute survived though had to saved using the "jaws of life".
The accident occurred early Sunday morning at around 7:00am when a local resident was making his way back to Bundeena. The car veered off the road trapping the driver inside.
An ensemble of rescue crews were called to the site including both Bundeena fire brigades, police and ambulance staff. After the driver was extracted from the car he was transported to hospital by helicopter.
