Want to explorer your creative side? Then signup for one of our one or two day pottery classes. Beginners, experienced and children all welcome.
Wheel Throwing Intro
A hands on one or two day class will introduce you to the basics of throwing clay on a potters wheel. Day one will encompass clay preparation along with throwing techniques including centering & raising. Pieces will be left overnight to dry and day two will focus on creating a polished piece on the wheel incorporating turning techniques.
Do your own Sculpture Hand Building Project
Make your own work of art from start to finish, or give a friend a gift voucher to do the same! We will provide you with the inspiration, clay, tools, workspace for drying, glazes and kiln time to allow you to make your own creations at your own pace and convenience. Come over as many times as you need to complete your project. Other "art and nature based" classes are also available. Whether for yourself or for someone special, what better way to express yourself - and have fun while your doing it!
One Time Visitor Project
This course will allow both first timers and more experienced students a chance to make their own work of art while visiting the wonderful town of Bundeena located in the Royal National Park.
Students will hand build clay pieces under the direction of an experienced potter. Pieces will be left onsite to allow for drying firing and glazing. When pieces are completed they can optionally be shipped back to the student.
