Maureen Keller, Helen Vogt Correspondence Inwards Moved that inwards correspondence be accepted Helen Vogt, John Gawthorn Moved that the secretary be authorised to contact the phone number provided in the letter from the Attorney General re legal advice about the actions of the Land and Environment Court.

Clr Spencer Report
Clr Spencer was not at the meeting, his apology is recordedNeil advised that Bob is showing signs of improvement. He is still at Kareena Hospital, but may be moving soon.
General Business
Maureen explained Council's new procedure for paying the hall rental. It will now be paid yearly ending on 30 June.
Maureen moved that we pay 6 months in advance to 30 June.

Moved that we contact Des Hewitt re the road and footpath changes to Scarborough St between the school and Brighton St. Also question why rubbish is being stored in the park near the Community Centre

Moved that we write to council requesting that a sign be placed at the Southern end of the walkway to Rymil Place advising that the path is blocked while works are carried out.

Moved that we write to council asking about the 40 properties that are not connected to the sewer system. This matter was raised at the forum held recently about Bundeena Creek
