Meeting Minutes - October 30th 2007

Minutes Moved that the minutes of the meeting held on the 25 September 2007 be adopted. Bernard Swann, Alan PetersenBusiness Arising Graham Irving (vice president) arrived and was informed that the President had left Bundeena and the position of president is now vacant. Graham declined to fill the position due to other commitments. Nominations will be considered at the next meeting.

Committee Reports
Clr Spencer Report Clr Spencer was not at the meeting, his apology is recorded
General Business John Gawthorn addressed the meeting about the dredging of the channels. He is concerned that the current ferry channel is not to be dredged, but a longer route via Fisheries is to be done.
Moved that a delegation be formed to approach Scott Renwick, NSW Environmental Department, raising vital issues including government funding for wharf. Members of the delegation are John Gawthorn, Norma Parry-Williams and Ray Solness

Moya informed the meeting about the rebates available for solar hot water systems
Helen Vogt agreed to be chairman until the AGM in February next year.
Bernard moved that he be authorised to approach council about forming a group to paint or clean graffiti on council property
