Police have established a crime scene after a man’s body was discovered on a walking track at Werrong Beach Monday night.

Police from Wollongong Local Area Command were called to the scene about 8.20pm (Monday 1 September 2014), responding to a Triple Zero (000) call reporting a fight at Werrong Beach also knonwn as Hell Hole Beach.

About 12.15am a man’s body was found on a walking track nearby.

Two men from Fairfield are at Bankstown Police Station where they are assisting detectives from Wollongong LAC and the Homicide Squad with their inquiries.
