The latest sculpture has been installed in Bundeena as part of the Chamber of Commerce’s sculpture walk initiative.
The sculpture is located at the entrance of Summers Reserve across from Bundeena IGA.
It was created by NSW artist Geoff Harvey and is titled: Jack. Geoff has exhibited extensively throughout Australia and internationally in the UK and the USA.
The sculpture represents a common scene in Bundeena whose residents have a fondness for furry friends.
The sculpture was made possible by the efforts of the Bundeena Maianbar Chamber of Commerce and thru a grant by Sutherland Shire Council. Chamber committee member Marion Stehouwer hopes over time a number of sculptures will be installed throughout Bundeena Maianbar and indicated funding has been secured for the next planned sculpture.
