10 Tips for Fitness,Lifestyle & Sport Goals |

By Michelle Clark of BodyShift The premiere of Healthy Living concentrates on the importance of a an overall balanced approach to achieving your fitness goals. Goals are achieved twice, first in the mind, then in the physical. Here are my tips for goal achievement....
- Picture your goal. See your goal already achieved.
- Notice what actions you are already taking to achieve your goal - keep doing them!
- Notice what actions you avoid & do them - "You can do it"
- If you keep avoiding- get a motivation coach to help you shift through the obstacles
- Feed your body great fuel - eat light, fresh and regularly
- Move your body regularly with exercise you enjoy.
(if you are time poor even a 10minute walk will make a difference) - Keep focused on your Goal.
- Take Action - what 1 thing can you do today to move you forward.
- Celebrate your achievements along the way!
- Keep going! Be consistent - the tortoise always beats the hare!
As you move towards you goal, there may be challenges along the way. Challenges are really opportunities in disguise! Enjoy focusing on your goal & you will achieve it. Take on these 10 Tips & watch your goals soar!
