10 Tips for Fitness,Lifestyle & Sport Goals

The premiere of Healthy Living concentrates on the importance of a an overall balanced approach to achieving your fitness goals.  Goals are achieved twice, first in the mind, then in the physical.  Here are my tips for goal achievement....


  1. Picture your goal.  See your goal already achieved.
  2. Notice what actions you are already taking to achieve your goal - keep doing them!
  3. Notice what actions you avoid & do them -  "You can do it"
  4. If you keep avoiding- get a motivation coach to help you shift through the obstacles
  5. Feed your body great fuel  - eat light, fresh  and regularly
  6. Move your body regularly with exercise you enjoy.
    (if you are time poor even a 10minute walk will make a difference)
  7. Keep focused on your Goal. 
  8. Take Action - what 1 thing can you do today to move you forward.
  9. Celebrate  your achievements along the way!
  10. Keep going!  Be consistent - the tortoise always beats the hare!

As you move towards you goal, there may be challenges along the way.  Challenges are really opportunities in disguise!  Enjoy focusing on your goal & you will achieve it.
